How to order a bespoke piece

Every commission starts with a conversation. You don’t need a finished design, just an idea of what you’d like and how you’ll use it.

1. Share your idea. Contact Rachel with the type of piece you have in mind, any preferred dimensions, colours and useful reference images.
2. Explore the details. Together, we’ll discuss the design, leather and practical features.
3. Agree your commission. Before work begins, we’ll confirm the agreed design, price, estimated timescale and payment arrangements. After the initial project discussion, a deposit is required so that work can begin and materials can be ordered.
4. Made for you. Your piece is then handcrafted, ready to become part of your everyday life.
